Although pretty much everyone works with Office apps and most people use Outlook even on a Mac, no one really opts for the OneDrive cloud storage service. Also, OWA is rarely used on iOS or Android.
Long story shorty - I got an Office 365 account free from the university where I work (so, it's considered 'Business' in Microsoft eyes). Didn't use it for a while and recently I'm doing so. So, I got everything set up correctly, except the links to OneDrive (because I'm an idiot and made a separate Drive account, not realize that my Office 365 login actually gave me access to OneDrive as well in the app list; anyway, I'm stupid, but figured that out yesterday).
- OneDrive (formerly SkyDrive) is the easiest way to access your OneDrive from your Mac. When you install OneDrive, a OneDrive folder is created on your computer. When you install OneDrive, a OneDrive folder is created on your computer.
- Download Microsoft OneDrive apps to sync files on a Windows PC or Mac. Download mobile apps to upload files from your phone or tablet.
So, I relogged-in all my apps on the Mac and my iPad for the 365 account. Every app has no worries. They all happily log-in to the new (old) 365 account; even OneDrive on my iPad and iPhone. Everything except the OneDrive App for Mac.
Now, when I've multiply taken it off and put the program back on, whenever I try to sign in to the 365 account, it tells me the password is wrong, and tells me to be sure the password is correct for my Microsoft Account. I deleted the Keychain key thingy for it. Now matter what I do, it tells me that the password is incorrect. Which can't be, since I've used six million times to log-in now for resetting up my apps.
One Drive App For Mac
What do people think? How can I fix this? It's minor, because I'll just use OneDrive through the browser, so I can put files that I need easily. Just, sometimes, it'd be good to do it through the OneDrive app.
